Located in Harry Stoke, the application is for these new homes to be zero carbon-ready, equipped with air source heat pumps and EV charging points. A new playground will be included on the site.
The reserved matters application reserves 25 of the high-quality homes for a local housing association, one of which will be wheelchair accessible, to address housing pressures in the area.

“We’re pleased that we have finalised our plans to bring nearly 100 high-quality, new homes to Harry Stoke,” said Claire Burton, managing director at Charles Church Severn Valley.
“The scheme’s green credentials, housing association allocation, and sense of place all contribute to our mission of leaving a positive and lasting legacy as well as a highly desirable living space for local people.”
